End User License Agreement
Effective date: August 7, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) grants you a limited license to access and use Synthific, subject to this EULA and the Synthific Terms of Service.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Synthific grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the web application for lawful development, testing, research, and data-generation purposes.
2. License restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass usage limits, interfere with the service, or use Synthific to build a competing service except where applicable law does not permit these restrictions.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts and other content you submit. You grant Synthific the limited rights needed to process that content, operate the service, provide schema inference, and generate requested output. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit your content.
4. Synthetic output
Generated output is provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You must validate output before relying on it. Synthific does not grant rights to third-party names, trademarks, or other material that may appear incidentally in generated output.
5. Third-party components
Synthific may include or rely on third-party services and open-source components. Those components may be governed by their own licenses and terms. This EULA does not limit rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.
6. Ownership
Synthific, its software, visual design, branding, and documentation are owned by Synthific or its licensors. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this EULA.
7. Updates and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. This license ends automatically if you materially breach this EULA. On termination, you must stop using the service and any copied materials, except where retention is required by law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthific is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The limitations and disclaimers in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
